“My appointment was for 3pm but I signed in at 2:45pm and wasn’t seen until 3:45 and didn’t leave until a little bit after 4:30. Receptionist was very unprofessional and was talking amongst other staff members about things that were going on with other staff member to where the patients in the lobby could hear her. They move very slow. It was very cold in there.”

Great care, excellent communication, and helpful staff. Dr. Maday was personable, very thorough, and discussed all my different options. The wait was very long and was the only negative thing about my visit.

Do not bother making an appointment with this office. They do not provide confirmation of the doctor your seeing and why and you are informed when you arrive at the office the doctor is not the right doctor for you to see. They also blame it on themselves for not being updated on the ZocDoc but do not call to clarify you with the appointment details either. This was a waste of time

This location is the worst! They are unprofessional, the wait time is ridiculous and they overbooked patients. Dr. Michael Maday needs to get his business in order and the front desk staff need better customer service skills. My last experience there, they also charged my insurance before when they did not see or treat me due to me leaving because of the wait. I thought after years they would be in order but they are not and still having patients wait hours even with an appointment. They don’t have a real care or concern for patients or their time, its all about money

Dr. Maday has a great bedside manner and really listens to what is going on with you. I had a very unusual case where the pain comes and goes and moves around, but he was able to diagnose a specific issue and give me a plan to work on to remediate this in the future.

The front desk representative was nice. I filled out my paperwork and was seen in about 20 mins. The office was busy, but they still managed to make sure everyone was seen in a timely manner. My appointment wasn’t rushed and the doctor listened. I would absolutely recommend.

Woke up with some severe knee pain. The doctor was available same day. The entire staff was welcoming, the doctor diagnosed me within minutes (despite its being something he doesn’t regularly see), and I was on my way with clear and concise recommendations to improve things. Made the appointment well in advance and received confirmation messages and emails. Upon arrival in the office was told to wait while some staff assisted other patients and other staff was on a computer. Upon walking up to the counter the young lady asked for my name and also asked how I booked my appointment and I told her via Zocdoc. She proceeded to THEN inform me that the system had an issue and they won’t see me bc they are behind. No call or text. I wasted an hour in traffic to be told they will fit me in another time but not tonight. I did not make a scene but this is not acceptable. I arrived early for my appointment and this issue was not mine but yet we won’t see you. The worst part is I have seen this provider in the past and he’s great but his new office staff is absolutely horrible and I will not come back.

Dr. Madday was very through and easy to talk to. However, I had to wait over 2 hours to see him. Lots of paperwork to fill out prior to the appointment. It took me about 30 minutes to complete. Also, when my x-rays were done, the technician forgot to put them with my file, so the doc had to go get them from her so he could look them over. This also added to my wait time.

Dr. Maday is knowledgeable, professional, great communicator. He explained problems with my hip joint and X-rays. He recommended a treatment that is working very well after 2 days. The staff were friendly, professional and very easy to talk to.
