“The office is plainly well-run, and Dr. Volpe himself is marvelous--prepared, attentive, proactive, explained his concerns fully and clearly, made viable and actionable recommendations and laid out the care plan ideally. It is always somewhat frustrating when, after completing a ZocDoc pre-appointment medical history, as well as the doctor's office's proprietary online forms, the office staff insists upon arrival that one fill out yet a third version of the same questions.”
