Dr. Zacchilli was thorough, compassionate and informative. He explained his findings clearly, and explained the alternativecourses of treatment, along with the benefits and drawbacks of each. Beyond his clear expertise in his specialty and in orthopaedics in general, he was extremely warm, personable and caring. I will definitely return to him should the need arise.

I was initially hesitant to book an appointment without a personal recommendation but after reading positive reviews Idecided to take a chance. Dr. Zacchilli has a really good professional bedside manner. He took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt that he really cares about providing good service to the patient. His PA and the person who deals with insurance was also very knowledgeable and good to work with as well. I felt that they are all very detailed oriented and will provide information to you in a clear manner. The office is clean, serves coffee, convenient to public transportation, and has early am hours! If you have an injury and need medical assistance you are in good hands with Dr. Zacchilli and his staff.

Very professional physician and staff. Dr. Zacchilli listened to my concerns, diagnosed and discussed with me options for healing, all along being mindful of what I am willing to do and/or take. From the moment I arrived, the check-in processwent smoothly thanks to the very efficient personnel. Furthermore, Angela (the orthopedic PA) was exceptional in briefly identifying my problem, while also making me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Zacchilli and his team.

Seriously, I was so happy that Dr. Z is in my insurance network because he is a wonderful doctor and an even better person. He really cares about his patients; and works hard to find the best solution for what thecondition is. My knees are incredibly screwed, and he made the time to sit with me and answer every single question I had, no matter how stupid some of them were. I will be dealing with him for a while as I will need surgery; and I feel like I am in the most capable hands around, no doubt! Also, there is complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate at the office! Can't beat that, makes the pretty short wait go by quickly!

First time seeing the doctor about knee pain. As soon as I got in, I got sent to get an x-ray on a different floor before the consultation (very handy BTW), so when the doctor examined me, he had a goodsense of what was going on. He took the time to really understand where I had pain, asked a ton of questions, and was able to give me a very quick diagnosis which I was happy with.

Like others have said. He and his team are fantastic. Theyare all trying to be as efficient as possible was sent to get xrays before I had filled out forms since they knew that was going to be longest stretch oftime. It is worth the wait he and his PA are thorough, effective, kind, and great listeners. So you wait a bit? Just bring something to do while you are waiting!

Dr. Zacchilli is professional, realistic and seeks out alternatives before proposing surgery. He paints a clear picture of the best medical approaches and your probability of recovery. He gives you time to think things over and offers youcurrent medical articles to clarify your decision. The prior surgical opinion I received was to do surgery and see how it goes. Dr Zacchilli discussed various approaches to support me with a complex meniscus tear in my left knee. After some consideration I opted for knee surgery. I do not regret the decision. His team and office has been amazing during my recovery. Their check ins, compassionate care and follow up has helped me during my recovery. The surgery went well and his prescription for pain management was not like my other surgeries which lead to side effects. I feel taken care of and would recommend his services and expertise to others that require sports injuries.

Dr. Zacchilli and his PA, Thea, were friendly and thorough with their examination of my knee. They took the time to fully understand my medical history and carefully tested my mobility. Dr. Zacchilli talked me through my options and made sureI understood what I should expect from either physical therapy or surgery. He did not push specific treatments, but rather we discussed potential next steps. I also appreciated that my insurance was taken into consideration when scheduling followup treatments. All in all, I found the whole staff friendly - from the x-ray technicians to the nurse who took my vitals - and did not feel rushed. A very positive experience.

Dr. Zacchilli is very thorough and takes his time to fully diagnosis the issue to consider the best and safest options for treatment. He’s kind and listens, and considers long term remedies opposed to just masking the pain. He is extremelyknowledgeable and was one of the best orthopedist I’ve found after several years. The office is very busy, organized, and immaculate- although not rushed. All around all the staff is very professional and polite. I would highly recommend as it’s one of the best facilities and staff I’ve encounter in nyc. A pleasure to visit even when you’re in pain! A+++++++
