I had never been to a Chiropractor before so I didn’t know what to expect. But once I walks in, the team at Connected health made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr Michaela patiently went over my X-ray results answering all the questions I had. Jenn Peterson, the chiropractic assistant, was just as wonderful. Warm, professional, and so reassuring—she made the entire process smooth and comfortable.
The ambience is beautiful, calming, and truly healing. And the professionalism from the entire team is the best I’ve ever experienced.

My wife and I visited Connected Health Plano in August 2025 for a full end-to-end physical and chiropractic evaluation. This was our first time visiting a chiropractor, and honestly, we didn’t know what to expect—but it turned out to be an experience of a lifetime.
From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel very comfortable. They took time to explain every step of the process: a detailed health discussion, digital x-rays to check our spine alignment and posture, and finally a treatment plan that works for us.
The massage was hands down the best I’ve ever had—stiff muscles and joint pain disappeared almost instantly. The Doctor provided expert care that delivered the famed "Plano back pain relief" everyone talks about. I walked out feeling lighter and energized.
This clinic is truly 5-star value for money. Whether you’re dealing with back pain, sore joints, or just looking for a thorough health reset, I can’t recommend Connected Health Plano chiropractic and massage enough.

I absolutely love Connected Health Plano. I came in with chronic neck pain that was affecting my sleep, and working with Dr. Michaela has been a game changer. She listens, explains every adjustment, and never rushes. My neck pain is so much better now and I’m finally sleeping through the night.
What really impressed me was her commitment: when I couldn’t make a weekday appointment, she actually came in on a Saturday just for me. I’ve never had a chiropractor do that.
