My second appointment was by telemedicine. Office staff called beforehand to explain how app worked. I fumbled signing in (my fault) but office staff helped again no one made me feel foolish. Actual appt also went well

Google Maps pointed to a location about a mile away from the actual location, so that was irritating - but once I spoke to someone in the office they were able to direct me to the correct location. Great experience in the office. Nice staff, clean office, quickly seen.

First visit Ii scheduled to meet her , ask questions , etc. so I could decide if I wanted her to be my internist (after my doctor of 30 years was retiring). Dr Hirsch was an excellent listener and answered all my questions in a professional manner. I believe I will be happy for her to be my doctor . She is also empathetic and she inspired me to feel confident that I would be in “good hands” under her care .

This was my 1st visit ever with Dr. Hirsch and it went great. We stared right on time. . She asked me about my concerns and listened patiently. She addressed my immediate concerns and met all my expectations for the visit. I never felt rushed; I hope she was on time for her next patient. On this visit there was no specific diagnosis needed so I cannot comment on that, but she is very professional and comes across as very knowledgeable.
