“Dr. Kahn came recommended to me by a friend. She was able to answer all my questions and offer me treatment options for all my hair concerns. It was refreshing to feel like she was not trying to sell me on a particular treatment or medication, and she didn't rush me out of the room. She took her time and really helped me understand my hair and how we were going to fix it. 10/10 recommend.

About Dr. Michelle Kahn
Dr. Michelle A. Kahn is an accomplished board-certified dermatologist based in New York City with expertise in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. She is dedicated to delivering comprehensive, high-quality, and evidence-based dermatologic care to her patients.
Education and Training:
Dr. Kahn graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barnard College of Columbia University, and was inducted into the distinguished Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. Prior to starting medical school, Dr. Kahn completed a prestigious research fellowship in the field of non-invasive imaging at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Kahn received her medical degree with distinction in research from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha National Honors Medical Society. She completed her medicine internship at Mount Sinai Hospital and her dermatology residency at SUNY Downstate, where she held the position of Chief Resident in her final year.
Research and Awards:
Dr. Kahn has presented her research at numerous national dermatology conferences and has multiple publications in high impact, peer-reviewed journals. She was awarded the American Society of Dermatologic Surgeons as well as the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery preceptorship scholarships. Dr. Kahn is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Contact Dermatitis Society.

I flew in from Florida both times because I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else. The whole process was super quick and pretty much
painless. My skin looks smoother but still totally natural, which I love. Dr. Kahn really took the time to understand what I wanted,

This is far and away the best dermatology practice in NYC. Dr. Kahn is a truly compassionate professional who is at the top of her field. Skin conditions can be embarrassing but Dr. Kahn helps you get past your fears so you can engage in effective treatment. 5 stars my highest recommendation.

thoughtful and accommodating in her care plan, and everyone at the office is patient,
responsive and kind. I feel like it's so rare to have a positive experience with a healthcare

I’m so glad I made this appointment. It had been a long time since I did a full body check. I have been getting updated on all my checks and shots because I am pregnant. There is so much confusion about what is and isn’t safe for pregnant women. Dr. Khan set a clear safe plan for am and pm skin care routine. I came expecting just a check up but left with so much more. Clear advice for pregnant skincare and samples !!! :)
