About Michelle Levy
Please be advised we charge a $50 fee for no-show patients. Michelle received her nursing degree from Madonna University College of Nursing in Livonia, MI, and completed her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner certification at the University of Michigan College of Nursing in Ann Arbor, MI. She has extensive clinical experience in multiple areas, including work at the Pinckney Free Clinic in Pinckney, MI, and the Michigan Urgent Care and Occupational Health Clinics in Ann Arbor and Brighton. Michelle has worked as both a Travel and Staff Nurse in Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Units at Stanford University Children's Hospital and Children's Hospital of Los Angeles, CA, as well as Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit, MI. She has received multiple academic awards and held various leadership and administrative positions throughout her nursing career. Michelle is a member of the Michigan Council of Nurse Practitioners and an active member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society. Her current clinical activities include providing inpatient care at Beaumont Hospital in Dearborn and outpatient care at Tenny Internal Medicine, where she also develops and manages the Chronic Care Management Program. Michelle is a proud graduate of John Glenn High School in Westland, MI.

On 12/4, I booked a new patient appointment with Michelle Levy through ZocDoc for 12/12. On 12/9, the office called to say their ZocDoc availability was inaccurate and asked me to reschedule for 12/15. On the morning of 12/15, I called at 9:50 a.m. ahead of my 10:00 a.m. appointment to inform the office I would be slightly late due to whiteout conditions. I was told they could still see me.
When I arrived, I was told I would need to reschedule after all, despite being told I could be seen and despite this already being a rescheduled appointment due to the office’s earlier error. When I pointed this out, I was then told the appointment needed to be rescheduled because the doctor had called out, which had not been communicated beforehand.
Inaccurate ZocDoc availability, multiple office-initiated reschedules, and conflicting information on the day of my appointment demonstrate poor scheduling and communication procedures. I will not be rescheduling.

I recently relocated to Michigan and have been a patient of the same providers, surgeons, and other specialists for over eight years. I’ve been battling chronic pain after undergoing five surgeries on the same shoulder. It’s disheartening to be labeled and told that I’m drug-seeking.
During a recent visit, I was asked to continue the same care and medications I’ve been on, with the possibility of making some changes. No narcotics or benzodiazepines as I’m avoiding those medications. However, instead of discussing the options, I was labeled and informed that the she is in disagreement of the previous care. Furthermore, I granted access to my medical records, PMH, and visits. If I were indeed drug-seeking, I wouldn’t have disclosed this information.
Feeling disrespected and undervalued, I left the visit abruptly and will never return.

Michelle is incredibly kind, thoughtful, intelligent, and extremely competent. She is a wonderful listener and infuses your appointment with compassion as well as expertise. I'm very grateful to have had the opportunity to see her! I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking for an internist who has your best interest in mind :)

I haven't been to a doctors office in a really long time, she was really great she listened she cared about what I came in for, got blood work done right away and my medicine was super easy to get Pharmacy was right next door. Everyone was super nice. I would recommend going here to anyone.
