“Upon arrival, I checked in, and at my scheduled time, I was in the exam room with the Doctor's assistant for a review of any changes since my last appointment. My concerns were conveyed to the Doctor, who began to check my changes. Next, Dr. Ma explained what was about to happen as she was examining me. She explained each step as she proceeded with the exam. On this visit, there were two biopsies she painlessly removed. In all, she is concerned about how I am feeling and for my comfort. In all, the exam is always as well as I could hope for!”
