Dr. Michelle Xu is a board-certified dermatologist who provides comprehensive medical dermatologic care to patients of all skin types who are 16 years of age and older. Dr. Xu graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wellesley College and graduated first in her class at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. Her dermatology training took place in Charleston at the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Xu’s impressive clinical and academic achievements have been noted by her peers and colleagues during her dermatology residency as well as at the American Academy of Dermatology Annual Meetings which have been attended by dermatologists from the United States and internationally. Dr. Xu is the recipient of multiple prestigious awards including the American Medical Women's Association/Glasgow-Rubin Certificate of Commendation and the Benjamin Bender MD Award for excellence in dermatology. Dr. Xu has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications, which were published in the American Journal of Clinical Dermatology and Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology
