Patient reviews for Dr. Mikhail Kapchits
The whole office staff was friendly including the M.D. and nurse !
Felt like a zoo in there with rude receptionist talking different languages. Only thing I got from entering the building is take a sit with no updates to how long and whatsoever. It was chaotic
very nice personality..makes you feel comfortable.good doctor..will use him again.
A great visit when you get to see him. Excellent doctor who cares.
This doctor is really great! i was very concerned about my health and he calmed me down, listened to all i had to say and was very helpful. He helped me put together a plan to get better. The staff is also professional and kind and it was a good visit.
great doctor, very smart and patient, knows exactly what he's talking about. Thanks doc!
This experience was great. The office is nicely decorated and clean, and the staff is very professional and kind. The doctor was simply the best! He listened to me, he explained everything to me and answered all my questions. He was very kind and patient. i loved it!
The visit was everything i hoped for and more. Staff was friendly and professional and the office was clean and very nice. The doctor was very knowledgible and still made sure he listened to all my concerns. I left feeling a lot better. I'm definitely coming back to this doctor. thank you dr. kapchits!
The visit was a great success. The doctor was very professional and kind. He made sure I had all my questions answered. The staff was kind and professional and I enjoyed the office. Definitely coming back
Great doctor, great visit, great staff!!
I have never met a doctor who performed such a thorough exam, used stethoscope, actually talk to me, explained all tests and went over results. The main feeling was the doctor and his staff genially cares about you and would go extra mile to help you with your health problems. Absolutely coming back. The waiting time was reasonable. Do not blame doctors for this, blame “Obama care” which forced them to see more patients then they should.
This was a great overall visit to the doctor. The doctor himself was very professional and understanding, and made sure I had all my questions answered. The staff was very friendly and professional. The wait time was very short. I am definitely coming back, and would suggest this doctor to all my close ones and anyone else who may need an excellent cardiologist.
I never saw the doctor because he was not in the office. I made an appt thru ZocDoc at 10am and i got a call from his Brooklyn office saying to check with the Queens office and when i do they say oh he is not here today. I dont know anything about online appt. So how did she know i had one. Queens office very rude. Then they tell me oh i can give an appt fot 2 weeks, i was NO im sick NOW not in 2weeks. She says well he is a heart doctor or something. And i checked off general doctor and he came up. Ugh not good.
Great visit. Great Doctor. Great nurse. Needless to say very satisfied with their attention.
Dr. Kapchits is actually a cardiologist, although he is listed as a primary care giver thru my insurance company, United Health Care. He admitted to me that he has specialized as a cardiologist although he does treat patients as a primary care giver. I waited an hour to see him, which I think is unforgiveable
It was very good; they have a very attentive Doctor and staff. They really seem to want to help you.
