Dr. Novikov came into the room a minute or two later, performed his exam, and recommended a treatment protocol, suggesting that I purchase a dressing on Amazon. He even looked up this type of dressing on Amazon to show me what I should order.”

“I last saw Dr. Novikov about 9 months ago and needed to see him again. I was just about to call the office when I noticed the book online link. I was very happy that I could book an appointment when I wanted and all was mostly setup with the appointment when I got to the office. Dr Novikov and his staff are all very friendly and even though the reception area was quite busy when I arrived about 10 minutes early, everyone including me was seen promptly. Dr Novikov takes his time when he sees you and you feel like you are the only patient in the office. He communicates well and advises you about suggested tests, treatments and other specialists. He is also concerned about your health care budget.”

Dr. Mikhail Novikov, M.D., is a leader in wound care and Board Certified by the American Board of Wound Management as a Certified Wound Specialist Physician (CWSP). He earned his medical degree from First Moscow State Medical University named after I. M. Sechenov. He completed his Internship in Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Residency in General Surgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and Fellowship in Surgery at Brigham and Women's Hospital.

He found gratification when former patients recognized him in public. After working at larger U.S. institutions, he missed the local touch and opened his practice in Northborough.
