I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or worn down by anxiety, self-criticism, or relationship stress. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable individuals who support others well but struggle to prioritize their own well-being. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work with clients to understand how their thoughts, emotions, and relationships interact, and to develop more flexible, sustainable ways of responding to life’s challenges. Therapy with me is practical and insight-oriented, with an emphasis on building skills that can be used outside the therapy room. I have advanced training in motivational interviewing (MI), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and Gottman-informed work for couples. I commonly work with concerns related to anxiety, trauma, depression, substance use, and interpersonal difficulties. I especially enjoy working with young adults and professionals, and I strive to create a steady, respectful space where clients can feel understood and supported as they work toward meaningful change.
