Dr Gauvin is a double-boarded internist who delivers quality care to her patients. With over 25 years of experience, she builds strong partnerships and long-term relationships with her patients throughout their wellness journey. Her practice is patient centered.
In her previous practice, as a medical director for 17 years, she advocated strongly for the patient-centered medical home with excellent results in chronic disease management and wellness care. I received not one, but two calls asking me to change the time of my appointment and then, after scheduling a follow up appointment, I got a call asking me to change the time of THAT appointment. Obviously, the front desk needs some looking into.

Doctor was polite but commented significantly on BMI and other outdated statistics. Without asking about my exercise habits, made very tone deaf comments about exercise and weight. I happen to be a multi marathoner and half marathoner so found this irrelevant and I wish my health could have been evaluated more holistically and in a more modern way.
