Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Loved my Dr. Cen so much!
Just today I made wrong appointment time with her, I thought it was at 8pm but actually at 8am. I sent her a message and she replied me so quick, and we were able to meet via remote. I was able to save a fee for non- appearance!
She knows what I want and is good lister as well. Some patients complained her because she didn’t give them a smile or cold hearted etc..
She is also the human before Doctor, I suggest those selfish patient ls that you need to creat “ peaceful environment “ in the session with her. You will be healed by her but at the same time she will be shared your pain.
I really love her much!

Provider was late, did not listen clearly and was unable to assist. I would have not included a review because I was unsure if this was how all providers would respond. We had a new appointment on zocdoc with a different provider who was helpul and thoughtful, making me realize that this provider either didn't listen to us or just didn't have the knowledge to assist.
