My experience with Dr. Minerva Santos is always a pleasant one. It's like seeing an old friend and picking up where you left off, each time I see her. She Is an amazing professional in her field and as a person.
Dr. Santos immediately reviewed my records and test results that I brought with me from ED visit. She was concerned, empathetic, caring, sensitive to my concerns. She gave me guidance about what needed to get done next and ordered further testing. She has followed up with me via the portal to see how I was doing & if I was able to see a specialist. I am so lucky & grateful to have Dr. Santos as my doctor.
I absolutely love my provider. She is attentive, understanding and knows my history. She explains everything and follows up after testing results.
