About Dr. Mini Varghese
Dr. Varghese is a native of New York and newly arrived to South Florida. She completed her undergraduate training at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, where she received her BS in Biochemistry cum laude. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York, Stony Brook School of Medicine in Long Island, NY. She then completed an internship in surgery at Geisinger Health System in Danville, PA, followed by a residency in urological surgery at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
Dr. Varghese is a member of the American Urological Association as well as the Endourological Society.
Her interests include both male and female urology, encompassing incontinence, stone disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia, urologic oncology, and sexual dysfunction. She is well trained in minimally invasive surgery to treat enlarged prostates, kidney stones, and bladder tumors. Her surgical training emphasized the use of robotic surgery to treat prostate and kidney cancer, as well as to repair and reconstruct the urinary system. She is excited to provide these services to her urology patients in South Florida.
