1. Check your email for instructions to set up your Thriveworks account. Within your Thriveworks’ account, sign consent forms and add a valid credit card, which will be automatically charged for copays, fees, post-insurance balances, and self-pay amounts.

3. Expect a confirmation call from our team to verify your information and answer questions.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Provide 48 hours advance notice to avoid the $135 late cancellation fee.
Miriam is a Board-Certified PMHNP-BC. Miriam is a caring and compassionate person who works diligently to provide education on the best possible treatment options and plans, including medication and non medication options. Miriam completed her master's degree at Rowan University. Miriam provides psychiatric evaluations and medication management with special attention to individual needs using a holistic approach with a focus on mind and body.
MEDICATION PRESCRIBING: Thriveworks providers do not prescribe opioid use disorder medications, weight-loss medications, injectable psychiatric medications, long-term benzodiazepines, or sleep medications, though these may be prescribed short-term for existing clients when clinically appropriate. New Jersey law requires an in-person session for the initial prescription of controlled substances and at least one in-person session every three months to continue receiving them.
