Couldn’t be happier with my appointment. Greeted graciously and checked in quickly. Waited about 10 minutes to be called back. The nurse was thoughtful in her pre-screen and clearly competent. She left and it was about 5 minutes until I was seen be M. Raza.
She was courteous and disarming in her bedside manner. She approached the visit systematically and thoroughly solicited my concerns. While she originally thought she would have about 20 minutes to address 2/3 of my concerns, her next patient no showed; she ended up spending 30 minutes performing 3 distinct physical assessments along with conversations about the ailments.
She gave me multiple referrals, discussed treatment plans and encouraged me to schedule a follow up for my general physical exam in a few weeks. She insisted I reach out if I had any trouble getting in contact with the referred physicians offices.
Misha was comprehensive and professional in her approach and I can’t recommend her enough.

I went to get my ear wax removed. They tried two processes and said it was not 100% cleaned but looks fine. After going home, I got blood in my left ear and I still feel like they are not clean, like something was still there.
