About Dr. Misty McNeill

Dr. Misty McNeill is a foot and ankle physician and surgeon. Known to many of her patients simply as Dr. Misty, she resides in Elmhurst with her husband, two young boys, and her dog Chloe. She earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She completed her internship at Hines V.A. Hospital and her surgical residency in 2003 at Loyola University Medical Center. Dr. McNeill is board certified by the ABPOPPM and the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
Dr. McNeill loves the outdoors and, when not in the office, can be found running or biking on the Prairie Path. She often cheers on her favorite teams-the Cubs and Blackhawks! As an avid runner, Dr. McNeill specializes in treating running and athletic foot problems and injuries. She prides herself on returning her patients to the sports they love as quickly as possible. She has completed several sprint triathlons, the Chicago Rock and Roll Half Marathon, the Walt Disney Wine and Dine Half Marathon, and several 5Ks. She tackled the full 26.2 miles in January 2012, ran the Walt Disney World Marathon in Orlando in 2013, and completed the Chicago Marathon in 2012. Being a mother herself, she also enjoys treating pediatric foot issues and received special training while at Loyola University, allowing her to provide her patients with the highest level of care.

I was extremely satisfied with both my treatment plan and the manner in which I was greeted and listened to during my visit. Dr. McNeill was clear in her explanations and made certain that I understood all aspects of my treatment plan. The MA was polite, gentle, and friendly, she and the office staff were very professional. I left the office feeling as though I understood everything about my treatment plan, and I felt supported if I were to have any questions.
