What should a new client know about working with you?
To quote a wise individual: have no idea what's going on. My patients will tell you. It's going to take some effort from both sides but that's is what makes the change take a deep hold as nothing invaluable comes for free.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
First it's getting to know you to see if we are compatible or if I am equipped to handle what you need. Then we decide on a treatment plan and/or medications. Then there's a lot of back and forth as we navigate the paperwork and pharmacy and insurance red tape. We couldn't work and everyone comes out a little better for it

Scheduled an appointment with provider almost two weeks in advanced, if not a week, and day of appointment I hadn’t gotten an email or anything from provider with link to join a video call. Phone wasn’t going through, kept hanging up on me, no notice, no contact until 45 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start did I get an email from provider. Never booking through him again.
