I was said when I was informed, he was no longer going to be with that group because he is the best doctor I've had in my 50 years of life. I am thankful for being able to "follow" him to his new group. Everyone who assisted me at the office, from the kind nurses at the front desk to the nurse who took my vitals and entered them into your system and of course Dr. Haq was wonderful. I felt like I was in the best possible care I could be in.”

I take into consideration an individuals physical, mental, social and financial condition in my medical decision-making. I am dedicated to building long term relationships with my patients and empowering them to take charge of their health. I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care tailed to each individual's need.
My clinical interests include chronic disease management (such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease), weight management, preventative medicine, men's and women's health, and lifestyle medicine.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, exploring new cuisines and staying active through pickleball and outdoor walks.
