I just wanted to share how my doctor's appointment went today—it was actually really pleasant! The clinic had a warm ambiance, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming.
I didn’t wait long before being called in, which is always a plus. The doctor took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. I left feeling reassured and well-informed about my health. Overall, it was a really positive experience!

Although the office was a bit out-dated, Dr. Monica Jain was a nice doctor and I felt comfortable during my appointment with her. I was checked in by the other doctor in the office which sped up the process (after I completed most of the check in online). I’m not sure if they were short-staffed because the doctor checking me in was also answering phone calls which I found odd.

With covid19 everything is difficult. I was able to speak with Dr. Jain face to face through facetime. This was my first visit so it meant a lot to me. I was seen early which was really nice and she was such a pleasure to speak with. I will be going back again for my annual physical once the covid-19 has ended. I truly had a great experience with Dr. Jain.

Perfect video visit this was; as I was a new patient, she asked all the questions to get my history and prescribed medicines for the condition once I had sent over my lab results. Also, suggested lab tests once this covid period is over, and with a reasonable gap. Will probably stay with this doctor for PCP instead of going to another in proximity.
