I’m so glad I went to see Dr. Monica! After discussing the reason for my visit and undergoing a comprehensive exam, she was incredibly kind and helpful as we explored my options.
She patiently listened to my concerns, especially when I was resistant to the idea of hearing aids. The office made the insurance approval and follow-up process effortless.

I picked NY Audiology because it was close to my apartment and I felt I was falling through the cracks at my other Audiologist. So glad I did. There were so many details that Monica and Mia attended to they were not at the other place. And some big things as well. It turns out I have insurance benefits that were worth thousands that I wasn't aware of and office visits I was charged for that are part of the package here. The office was efficient and friendly and I was in and out in no time. So happy I moved on over.

It took me asking in the appointment notes of confirmation of acceptance of my insurance + multiple messages of confirmation of the appointment sent from the office + me getting there and waiting 20 minutes for them to realize that they included more insurances than needed on Zocdoc…
While the receptionist was just waiting for this to be solved on its own, the doctor actually tried to offer solutions which unfortunately didn’t work for my status.

I had a great experience with NYC Hearing Associates! Everyone I encountered was warm and welcoming and explained everything in a way I could understand it. I've never gotten an in-depth hearing test before and I felt comfortable and relaxed during each part of the process.

It was my first time at an audiologist, and Dr. Skarzynski really impressed me. She took her time to explain the procedures/testing to be done & what the results would indicate. There is an open aura about her, very personable, will answer your questions. I felt comfortable. Based on my results, she gave her recommendations & the proper tools to do so.
I didn’t know what to expect when going in, but it was better than I would’ve hoped for. Overall, a very pleasant and fun experience. Great bedside manner.

I'm so glad that ZocDoc made me aware of Monica. She is extremely lovely and knowledgeable. What I appreciated the most was how she took the time to walk me through inner workings/biology of the ear and how the test helps gauge each different part of the ear. I definitely walked away understanding much more than when I walked in and enjoyed the experience. I'd certainly recommend Monical
