My wait time was not long at all. I didn’t wait 20 minutes. I was early, so I thought I would wait until my appointment time. I didn’t have to. Great place and people. My nurse was very friendly as well. ”

“The staff was friendly starting with the receptionist, then the nurse. the office is nice clean and spacious. Unfortunately because I was a new patient, it took a long time. Zocdoc, I think u all were misleading because I went in to see a gyn and after a while with the nurse, I became concerned that there was a lot of info being gathered for a gyn. That's when I asked if it was the gyn and I was told no but that they do certain gyn stuff. The doctor did confirm. Thank God I did not need nothing major because I would have had to start the process all ocer.”

After 10 years of working in the ER and Burn ICU, Moni was inspired to advance her nursing career to help improve access to healthcare. I booked an appointment with a primary care physician with a medical doctor (M.D.) degree but instead got a nurse practicioner (N.P.). This a little unsettling. The secretary at the front desk gave me weird looks with her face when I asked her questions about a follow-up visit that the N.P. booked me for.

Eagles Landing Health provides a pleasant healthcare experience! As someone with high anxiety, I am very happy that they provide contact options via text message and their Patient Portal. Monika was very helpful and kind. I really appreciated that she was informed and appropriate in dealing with my mental health history (history of eating disorder)--I wasn't seeking treatment for this, but, do to the physical ramifications of anorexia, even after years in recovery my physical health is effected. I often experience conversations with medical professionals tinged with ignorance and/or judgement and happily that was not the case today!!! Monika was supportive and informed and gave consideration as to whether my issue was caused by my past eating disorder or unrelated without jumping to conclusions.
The office was incredibly busy and slow today, but I waited, and I'm glad that I did. I don't make assumptions of typical wait-times based on my first visit--so hopefully things will be speedier next time.

I highly recommend Monika Bartoli, NP as she is an amazing listener and truly cares about her patients. She communicates in a way that is easy to understand without being condescending and she wants to look at all symptoms together to determine the cause of the issue, not just treat the symptoms individually and be done with it.

Experience was awesome! The office was clean, staff was friendly. They communicated that there was a bit of a delay due to training new staff but even with that, I was still seen within 30 minutes of my appointment. Dr. Bartoli was amazing; she listened and explained her thoughts and helped me with a referral to a specialist. I will definitely be returning!

Monika Bartoli is super sweet and very helpful. Her staff is amazing as well! Office very clean and intake process is very safe. Before you enter the wait room a nurse meets you outside checks if you have an appt and then checks your temp. Very thorough.
