i was told to contact her an hour prior to my appointment which i did but she did not pick. she also never made any effort to reach out to me nor give an explanation why my appointment was not honored. this is very unprofessional.

I booked an appointment with her but never received confirmation. I tried calling the number provided but no one picked up. I then drove to the location the appointment was supposed to be held at and it was some sketchy office building that had no signage indicating that they provided mental health services.
