So thankful to have gotten in. I called at least 12 different doctors and they all had to wait time of October and November. I got in here immediately by referral. From the arrival time, I was greated by Wellstar staff and they gave me directions on where to go. Once I got to the office, the front staff was very friendly and kind. The process was quick. I did not wait longer than 15 mins to be seen. The MA, Veronica was nice and
friendly. We held a conversation and she answered all my questions. I seen the provider, who gave me every bit of information that I needed. I left knowing about possible diseases that I may have and he ordered tests to confirm or deny what I had. I left knowing next steps and had information on what to look for and what to google and research.
I am pleased with the visit I had. Now I sit and wait for my results. Good job team.

It was nice to talk with him and listen to everything that my body is going through. And that that after test we will move forward with what is the next step to comfort my pain that is on my left side. To look at other options.

From the staff at the front desk to the LPN Ms. Tanikia who was so understanding, helpful, and friendly to my baby (all staff was actually), everyone was great. And I'm grateful Dr. Javaid was understanding of me having my little baby with me on the appointment as well. The kindness and understanding goes a long way.
