“This office was a great surprise because I assumed walk-in clinics would be frantic or rushed. I did have to wait but they made the waiting periods enjoyable and my appearance never felt like a burden. I was offered a full physical and a gift card just for participating! Plus my provider validated all of my concerns while finding ways to relate to me and make the visit fun. I will definitely be back!!!”

All the staff were very friendly. I appreciate that the provider I saw took the time to listen and was thorough in offering a variety of next steps based on my symptoms.
Also, the results of my labs came back the next day- very fast!
I was not sure what to expect coming here for the first time but it was a great experience even though I had a bit of a wait before being seen.

I was a super last minute appointment, so even though it took some time to be seen, Michele and Erin were super friendly and listened well to get me back to feeling better. This is officially my spot now moving forward!

I had a telehealth visit, there were no walk in appointments available.
The PA was very thorough, asked me questions and went over a few things.
Told me what meds she was prescribing and if I had any questions for her.

Its so convenient and everyone there is so pleasant. It must be a great place to work, you can tell that everyone is happy there, and they all work well together. I love that it offers so much, we live 3 minutes away. I can't imagine going to any other dr. after this. My husband has been here twice and both times had seen Christina Johnson, that's who I saw as well. He spoke highly of her and I can see why. She was extremely considerate of my time and very knowledgeable. She asked a ton of questions and I felt like she really listened. 5 star service !

Dr violently poked my abscess looking for its boundaries, and I mean violently. This was not a gentle thing. She also didn’t drain it, and it’s continuing to grow so I need to see another Dr, and it sure as hell will not be here

I would never go there to establish Primary Care. I had a 6:40 pm appointment and didn't leave until 8:15 15 minutes after closing. They took a walkin before me but only saw 3 patients (including me). They were so far behind that they couldn't take my blood work and told me to come back tomorrow (I work a lot and live 20 mins away) this was hugely inconvenient. The only way I would go there is to use it as immediate care and only if it's close to you many other food Immediate Care all over the area. I will not be going back because of this experience and inconvenience. They list themselves as a primary care facility but they definitely are not that they are a immediate care and a not very well ran one at that.
