Was ok but I need more openian about my situation
Doctor Farakh showed me he actually cared about all the pains I am going through and I appreciate that so much! He was on time with everything, no waiting and got fast answers and X-rays right away.
I'm very impressed with Dr Farakh. He is very professional and caring . I've been back to the office a few times now and when he gave me the injections all I felt was a little bit of pressure. He answered all my questions and I felt very satisfied with the care I was given .
Dr Farakh is knowledgeable, thorough, and very easy to talk to. My children were comfortable with him and he knew exactly how to help them
Great staff, helpful and kind. Dr. Farakh was professional, yet I was very comfortable in the way he spoke and helped us. I would definetly recommend this Dr.!
I loved Dr. Nabil Farakh, he was very friendly and had a good sense of humor. He was very thorough and ordered all the right things to get to the bottom of my problem. I would definitely recommend him.
Apparently there ZocDoc hours aren't their real ones!
Dr Farakh is aces. Very interested in patient input.
Doctor Farakh has great professional sckills and personal manners. I'm very satisfied with the result of my visit. Highly recommended!
Office did not have my appointment booked, waited for almost 3 hours, I watched the entire waiting room empty before I was called to see the doctor.
I hated it! I received a referral from my PCP and that wasn't enough, they required a script but never told me that when I made the appointment. It was so packed, I waited 2 hours and the staff members were unpleasant. They don't greet you and act like they don't want to help you. The doctor is really great but to get to him, it's dreadful. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Dr. Farakh was excellent. He listened to everything I said, took his time, I feel that I am very good hands.
The staff at the desk is Awful . I never complain first of all the first appointment I made they called and said the doctor was in surgery so I couldn't be seen and of coarse the holidays were the next few days so my daughter couldn't be seen for days when I asked if she would be ok her nasty response (Sheila ) I'm not a doctor I don't know . Then I made another appointment because my daughter was in pain and they told me to bring her in on Monday I made the appointment and showed up only to be told the doctors gone I asked too please someone else because my 10 year old daughter is in pain shot down . Then I asked them is she going to be ok I'm concerned because she is supposed to be able to walk and she faint tgere response I don't know I'm not a doctor !!!!! I am well aware of this but you work in a doctors office at least make an attempt to help us . FYI the day I came and was turned away they had bags in hand ready to leave . Then I showed up today and was greeted with looks of annoyance . Doctor is nice but his staff not at all too bad
Front desk receptionists are not very pleasant They should be a little less aggressive in their way of speaking to the patients. Should not speak to patients across the waiting area. But the doctor was very nice
He is a good listener. Right to the point. He ask questions related to your possible injure and he proceeds with a complete examination.
Very professional highly recommend
It was a great experience
his staff are unfriendly, they have aggressive attitude, I don't wanna meet them again.
I wait a Little while to see him but it is well worth it!
It took me half a dozen doctors to get to a doctor who knew what he was doing. Dr. Farakh has a great bedside manner. He didn't rush me in and out. He examined me and ordered x-rays, which were taken on the premises. After he read the x-rays he was right on point with his diagnosis. Really glad I took a chance on another doctor. His office was packed and from what I witnessed, he took time with each patient. Now I understand why I waited a while before I was seen by him. I don't mind waiting for someone who is worth the wait. I will continue to see Dr. Farakh as long as it takes to get my situation under control. I hit the jackpot when I found Dr. Farakh. He made me feel like there is hope. Thanks again doc.
Dr Farakh was extremely kind and had a nice bedside manner. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time was a bit long and that flight of stairs was a bit scary.
Quick, efficient, and friendly.
He is nice person and interactive. I am feeling better after taking medicine. Thank you for taking care of me.
Very nice and sweet stuff. No long waits. Exceptionally clean and organized office. Everyone is very friendly. Doctor is very thorough and pleasant. Would definitely recommend !
The staff was rude and had no idea what was going on. I wanted to make sure I was in the rite place and I asked the Receptionist what the doctors name was and she gave me the wrong name so I said ok I'm in the wrong place and another receptionist have the rite name and looked at me like I was the crazy one . After being told I was wrong and good Samaritan hospital does not do MRI's and I did not get one there they told me to call the hospital myself to get my results cause the hospital wouldn't give it to them so I said what makes you think they will give them to me? After all that they called the hospital and they sent them over in mins. The doctor came in for about 4 mins and the visit was over. I'm not looking forward to going back there and doing physical therapy after dealing with the staff and seeing what there physical therapy room looks like
Doesnt feel like a doctors office. More like a place where people run scams to win an injury law suit.
dr Nabil is great, unfortunately his office staff is rude , have no clue of what they are doing .The office is dirty, I am changing doctor , because of his staff.
Md is a nice person however he offers no solution to the possible problem..he immediately offers physical therapy..which is right in the same office by the way.. When he was challenged during this visit he did not offer any further assistance and was rather defensive ..he then offered pain meds and even pain patches but returned my chart without even writing a script..a doctor should respect when a pt does not agree with care /service provided.
Very professional stuff. Doctor has a good manners and knowledge. Thanks to everyone who helped with my visit today . S.K.
I have been going to same dr (Farakh) - for few yrs now. He is Very Sweet And Caring - soft spoken-has patience- Also gives good advice if u ask . Very understanding . He also has office out East as well as out West.
dr, farakh was very good ,but I had to wait 2hours to see him for 5 mins, and then was told that I need an M R I, which I had to schedule , for the next week.
Dr. Farakh was warm, direct, and helpful. Gave a comprehensive plan for my problems (medication, tests, exercises, etc), and I am hopeful to see how things work. My only complaint would be the wait in the office, but this seems standard for all doctors; I didn't mind it much.
Professional, answered all questions and gave me better care than my last provider.
The Doctor was great! The secretaries were rude!
My zocdoc appointment wasn't in the system, but I was given new patient forms quickly and was able to provide my insurance info. etc. Soon after I was seen. My daughter was the patient. I found him to be professional and compassionate. He showed my daughter her X Rays and explained every aspect of her injuries and upcoming care.
My visit to this doctor went well. Although he is very fast paced he took the time needed to assess my injury. I enjoyed my visit as I was able to receive physical therapy directly after.
Extremely prompt and professional. He got right to the point with the diagnosis and proceeded to the next steps as far as treatment.
Awesome he solve my problems and was able to answer every single question of mines
Finally, a quality doctor who gets right to the point.
I felt rushed. Dr didn't take the time to explain to me potential issues with my problem. Didn't give me info about treatments so I will be in the dark over the next 2 weeks the next time I might see him. That's not cool in my book.
Was very accessible...got an MRI and xray same day. I was very pleased.
Very concerned and caring
Very nice man. I'm not the hold-my-hand type of patient, so I found his speed just right for me. Got to the heart of the matter (broken phalanx), no fuss no muss. The wait was a little long because they are understaffed and they allow walk-in appointments, but I found the staff very professional, very helpful and very friendly despite the chaos. They even helped me complete my forms because I couldn't write. Highly recommended Doctor and practice.
Just started with him but so far he seems very professional and the office is nice. There is a wait time but that seems very standard for the "industry".
Excellent doctor, Not very social
OFFICE NEEDS SOME GOOD MANAGEMENT, BUT THIS DR. IS VERY NICE AND DOING BEST HE CAN FOR HIS PATIENTS.
Was very pleased... even tho the front desk person was very busy her overall attitude was very pleasant and upbeat... she handled the pressure very well and was very attentive... the doctor was plesant and straight forward letting me know what has to be done... would highly recommend them..
Quick, professional and confident.
I waited 3 hours to hear 2 words and didn't get any info about the diagnosis. The staff are very rude as well. Not worth the time.
THE VISIT WITH THE DOCTOR WAS OK! BUT, THE OFFICE WOMEN SAID THAT THERE WAS NO NOTICE OF MY VISIT WHETHER IT WAS BECAUSE ZOCDOC OR WHOEVER.
very nice staff. my visit was a very good visit. I have followed through with all his recommendations...
love the overall service
Everyone was nice including the receptionists but...It would be hard to imagine an office that cared any less about my well being. The doctor was nice but I really don't think he was paying attention to anything I was saying. He heard that i workout and just stopped listening from there. He probably didn't read the results of the MRI I handed him seeing as the MRI report says my biceps tendon was fine and he sent me to physical therapy for biceps tendinopathy.... I spoke to 3 different physical therapists there. All of them asked me why I'm there and where does it hurt. None of them had any information about me even though it is in the same office. Most likely, none of the "physical therapists" knew anything about physical therapy. Don't waste your time coming here.
Ive been going to dr F at this location for years and would def recommend .
It was a nice visit. The office is pleasant and so was Dr. Farakh.
The doctor is excellent. The girls on the reception desk are all over the place: late to work, too busy to send a fax, and generally have a demeanor like they are doing you a favor by seeing you.
Minimal wait. Very pleasant doctor, knowledgable and great staff. Clean office
Office seemed to run efficiently though very crowded on first visit.Second visit was just as quick. No waiting time(always a plus).Dr.Farakh determined pretty early but ordered further tests to be sure.(Another plus).Overall, pleasant visit.
Was a good experience.
He needs better receptionists. That woman enough made me not want to come back.
Appropriate and too the point
Once your name is called, you are treated very nicely and professional throughout the entire visit.
Much better than previous visits.
I thought the visit went very well, the employees were very nice. I thought the service was very professional and the doctor was great. I highly recommend this facility.
The doctor is excellent, but nobody call me to Conferm my appointment and that i need referral from my primary doctor. Its took an hour to get that document. I was very upset!
Too waiting time & questions not answered!
They seemed over-eager to run tests first and ask questions later. The doctor was very curt and rushed. They seemed way overbooked. The dingy waiting room was packed and the staff seemed confused and disorganized..
It was very nice of him to see me especially since ZOCDOC NEVER INFORMED HIM OF THE APPOINTMENT I SCHEDULED.
My visit with the doctor was great will be back to do physical therapy. Then will continue as necessary.
Very friendly staff and doctor.
I highly recommend Dr. Farakh, the office is great.
Short on staff. Made old aged people wait so long!
Best doctor visit ever! Courteous and friendly.
Dr. Farakh was definitely friendly, he seemed to listen to what I had to say, and he did a basic examination on me. Whether he came up with the right diagnoses, I guess time will tell, but I am in physical therapy for now and hoping to see some positive changes. Either way, he seemed very nice, and I would at the very least feel confident talking with him in more depth about my treatment and diagnosis.
The doctor was excellent. He was one hour late for my appointment. His office is a major disappointment. His office is a basement, so you must go down and up stairs!!!! Definately not good for knee patients... He does have other offices he practices out of, but they are far from Deer Park.
He is good not like the other typical Brooklyn doctors. Most Brooklyn doctors push for surgery with out ever recommending rehab just so they could make more money. I recommend this guy.
I think the whole place was very professional.
Very good, the staff were all very nice and helpful and they do all xrays and mris on site and that is a plus.
It was great!
Dr. Nabil office does not call and inform you if the Dr. will not be able to keep your apt time. I went in for a follow-up for a MRI result, my apt was for 9:30 I got there at about 9:20 around 9:50 I went to the front desk to ask how much longer is the wait and the receptionist said the Dr. had to do a Surgery this morning he will be back after 10am, so I said when were you going to inform me of this. I have a 9:30 apt and it’s almost 10am and you’re also saying that there is 2 people before me. They claim they call me, I have no msg or miss call from this office for this week and how did they call anyone if the other two people are here already as well. My time is very important to me, if they had called me I could of came at a later time am not going to sit here waiting for 2+ hr for a MRI result when there are other Dr, that value their patients time. Now I understand why he always has available Apt. I will never go back there again, had my MRI faxed to another Dr.
It was good overall, rude unpleasant receptionist, physical therapy was ok
Dr. Farakh is friendly, thorough, accurate, and an excellent Physician. The office staff is always very busy, but they are very nice, polite and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Farakh, at any of his offices.
Very proffesional doctor!
Good doctor but about an hour wait until I was seen. I did come 5 minutes late and had to fill out some paperwork. So take that into account.
He is a very thorough and nice Doctor. the staff was very nice and very professional.
It was very professional. Very good doctor & staff. Thank you.
He took his time and he knew what he was talking about.
Dr. Farakh seemed pleasant and knowledgeable enough, but a bit quick. I saw him for maybe 1 minute. It seemed a bit rush, but he did answer all of my questions. The office space is clean and new and staff are friendly
The doctor was fine, but his treatment was short term at best. I went in with chronic rotator cuff issues, and after receiving an MRI, was given a cortisone shot. 1 year later and my shoulder is worse than ever. There was essentially no long term patient care. As for the doctor's personality, he was a likable man. Furthermore, the administration staff was friendly. One thing to note however, is that it is very cramped in his office.
he was very professional the therapy staff i really liked them .
Great doctor know his specialty very well and answers all of your questions
Nice guy. Sided with my pain and got me what I needed
I liked him. He was knowledgeable and was honest without freaking me out, which is a very good quality in a doctor.
Very good I love it fast called in. He assure me that he will find the cause of my pain and fix it. Made feel more confident. Thank you
It was very nice inside, the girl at the front desk was very friendly. There was other patients and it appeared to be flowing nicely.
Dr Farakh was kind and efficient. The nurse (or physician's assistant?) Luigi, who put on my cast, was a total sweetheart. Waiting room was very hectic and receptionist was stressed-out and rude, but she got the job done.
I went with my young child and he was very calming and nurturing towards her as she was extremely nervous about the visit.
the service was excellent and prompt. although the doctor was extremely busy we were seen right on time and everything was done promptly. the doctor saw me very thoroughly.
I got to my appointment 15 minutes early and still waited almost 2 hours to see the doctor.
did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling with him. I felt that i was just a # Sorry
From the minute I walked in until the minute I left I felt welcomed there. Dr. Farakh answered all my questions and even did the x-ray the same day unlike other places I've been.. Definitely recommend him to others!!
I was treated efficienty and professionally.
My concerns were addressed immediately.
It took a while to get to see the doctor, but that might be a fluke, I can't be sure. Once I got in to see him, I got examined pretty quickly, got my x-ray, they gave me a brace, and I was out. I just wish he wasn't so far from me.
Received excellent service from the doctor and his staff.
THERE WERE TOO MANY PATIENTS THAT WERE DOUBLE BOOKED ON THE SAME DAY, WHICH LEAVES THE DOCTORS LIMITED TIME TO REALLY SPEAK TO THEIR PATIENTS.
He was the only doctor that finally recommended an MRI.
