She was able to ask thoughtful questions about my symptoms to really understand my issue. I went in for ongoing anxiety related symptoms, but will now try to go to her for any illnesses that come up! About Dr. Naheed Shahid
Dr. Shahid has practiced the Art of Medicine for over 20 years. Her roots stem from growing up in the Northeast, where she completed her medical training and met her husband, Dr. Sethuraman, who is also a Spine Surgeon serving the DFW metroplex. She moved to Dallas about 12 years ago with her two young children, who now are about to attend college. After practicing traditional medicine for over 18 years, with her experience ranging from working in Urgent Care settings, Assisting in complex Spine Surgery Cases alongside her husband, as well as Aesthetics, she realized she wanted to provide a more custom-tailored approach to her patients, specific to each person's individual needs. Therefore she started practicing the Concierge Model over 2 years ago in Arlington with Arlington Physician's PA and now is adding a second location in Dallas, DFW Concierge MD. The Concierge model allows her to spend more time with each individual patient, which is crucial when patients have more complex medical problems. She is able to perform Executive Physicals, and anti-aging medicine with a focus on hormone and vitamin deficiency testing. Enabling YOU to get your TIME BACK. We run a hybrid program, accepting all major medical insurance; Thus enabling us to provide Concierge Care at a more affordable price.
When Dr. Shahid is not attending to patient care she enjoys, yoga, spin classes, pilates, and weight training. She will often be found walking with her dogs, and with friends and family in her neighborhood. She strongly believes in giving back to her local community through her involvement over the years with UNICEF, North Texas Food Bank, Cattle Barron's, her daughters schools (Lamplighter, Hockaday), and many other organizations. She has an adventurous spirit and enjoys traveling and trying new recipes and restaurants, and she brings the same passion to her work.

Awesome staff, very personable! Went in for an overall wellness check but also to discuss weight loss options. Started the HCG program and dropped 12 pounds in the first 8 days. AMAZING! As a vegan, I wasn’t sure if I could do the HCG program but Dr Shahid discussed with me in depth what would work best and how to optimize my weight loss! Kari, the office manager, also spent additional time speaking with me, making sure I was comfortable giving myself the injections as well as emailing material to make sure I understood the diet! Great establishment with early appointments (8am) available! Awesome Awesome!
