Dr. Nailah Smith is a highly educated business leader in the medical community, holding a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of the Virgin Islands and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Smith's goal for D.O.T. Physicals Atlanta is to bring the convenience of having a D.O.T. exam or drug testing at a truck stop while truckers wait for their loads, are on their 10-hour holds, or are randomly stopped to perform a D.O.T. physical or drug test. Dr. Smith is a mother of one child and can also be found supporting the community through volunteer efforts at several Georgia universities and medical facilities. She's a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Better Business Bureau, and the Lithonia Chamber of Commerce. Loved how Dr. Smith explained every single thing to me. How communication skills is a 10 out of 10. Will definitely be back. Definitely will recommend her is you are having any type of issues that pain meds can't fix.

She is a wonderful chiropractor. She is very thorough and her bed side manner is calming and assuring. I truly am amaz s of her level of care and acumen. I would definitely recommend her. In just the short amount of time I have been under her care, have healed tremendously.

Dr. Smith has a great eye for detail. She noticed an irregularity in my wrist that I was unaware of and had been working to correct it. My job is very physical, since I starting going for treatment I feel much better at work. She has a heart of gold and whatever she can to make you well. The wait times are never bad and she is open late on certain days.
