I believe that effective psychiatric care begins with understanding the whole person, not just a diagnosis. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based, with an emphasis on creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard and supported. I work closely with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects their unique goals, values, and life circumstances.
