“This was truly an amazing experience. Dr Lau took her time, we spoke for probably 30-45 minutes about my issues and ailments. She took extensive notes and laid out a plan of action. This is the type of care I have been looking for where a doctor is not trying to push you out of the office as soon as possible due to being overbooked. Dr Lau was attentive, inquisitive, kind, and explained her concerns, actions, and thoughts on the issues very well. Dr Lau asked if I can provide further data and reports from other offices that I visited which I have appreciated as well instead of right away jumping into doing a blood test even though I had one recently and charging up my insurance. The office staff was great as well. They went into detail explaining all of the next steps, instructions, what they are and will be doing etc. 10 out of 5 stars, exceptional experience.”
