Natalie Gayle, NP, is excellent! Very professional, yet warm and easy to talk to. She took her time and really explained everything clearly. You can tell she puts her patients first. I highly recommend her if you're looking for quality, compassionate care.
I thought that my first visit went splendidly. Dr. Gayle spent the time to not only understand my history but also to listen to what really was happening to me that day. She got to know me and what my goals were for medication and therapy. I’m very happy to have her as my provider.
"She is very smart and has excellent knowledge of psychiatry and psychotherapy. I highly recommend her. Her approach to patients is thoughtful, professional, and deeply informed."
Ms. Gayle is patient and understanding. She knows her stuff and is easy to talk to. I appreciate her open mindedness and ability to be compassionate about situations. Highly recommend. I also like the fact that she is reliable and responsive.
Although I filled out the intake forms twice, they were not in the system. There was also a mix-up about which “waiting room” I was in, so our meeting started 10 minutes late. The entire session consisted of the therapist’s asking me the same questions from the intake forms and entering them herself. There was no personal connection, nor did she even finish all the questions. Natalie Gayle seems like a warm and compassionate woman, and I considered going for a subsequent in-person visit, but when she told me we would be finishing the intake forms at that time, I declined. For me, the fact that paperwork outweighs personal connection makes it quite clear, I will never again search for a therapist (or any doctor) on Zocdoc.
