**Our practice does not accept any Medicaid plans. If you have a Medicaid plan or are otherwise out of network, please note our standard rate for an initial visit is $350**
Natalie Moulton-Levy M.D. completed her undergraduate degree from Sarah Lawrence College and obtained her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Pennsylvania. She completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the Graduate Hospital in Pennsylvania and did her residency in Dermatology at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
She is a board certified dermatologist and believes that her patients deserve the best in natural and traditional skin care.
