About Dr. Natalya Levi
Natalya Levi, Doctor of Audiology, is the proud owner of Primary Audiology P.C. She earned her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2008 from the University of Florida and holds a Master's in Audiology from Hunter College, City University of New York. Dr. Levi is also a preceptor for the Salus University Doctoral Audiology program. Her background includes working with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and spans a wide range of clinical experiences in both hospital and private practice settings. Dr. Levi is highly motivated to assist her patients with hearing impairments and to educate them on the implications of hearing loss and its optimal rehabilitation, aiming to improve their quality of life.

The doctor is very professional and pleasant. She communicates clearly. She explains everything that she is going to do thoroughly. I saw her for a general hearing test and to discuss my tinnitus. My exam was informative and thorough. The doctor explained my results in an easy-to-understand manner. I did not expect to find an immediate solution to my tinnitus and we didn't, but we did discuss some options for going forward. Overall, a very informative and helpful visit.

Dr. Levi is very pleasant, friendly, professional, . She also took care of a buildup of wax for me it was worth it to have all that wax removed. She administered a hearing test, and then discussed the results with me. I have never worn hearing aids I think living in a noisy city does not help your hearing. The only problem I encountered was what I expected. She recommended very expensive hearing aids. I already anticipated this is what would happen. I did say that now that the FDA has approved OTC hearing aids for much much less that I would prefer to consider them. She was not high-pressure. she said prescription hearing aids are better, but you expect to hear that. My visit with her was very pleasant . I could say she is knowledgeable. And very nice. I would go back to her if I had another issue. I have managed so far throughout my personal and professional life to do OK without aids but I would like to see more ratings and reviews of the OTC ones I highly recommend Dr. Levi.

I did not appreciate the fact that I was offered 3 extremely expensive devices as the only available to me without being given the choice of a much cheaper until my insurance refuse the request and propose a smaller amount.
I felt like I was being tricked to get a very expensive devise.

Scheduled a hearing check. She was flexible with timing (I arrived early and her prior appointment was late), was able to switch around easily. Good tools, open to questions, professional. Isolation booth and other tools in office for quick and easy checkup.

Dr. Levi is very nice and unhurried. The only issue was the office space which was not air conditioned despite very warm weather, and a strong mould smell throughout the office. Although I like Dr. Levi, I would not go back given the conditions of the office.

Dr. Levi was available the second I arrived at her office, and the paperwork was handled ahead of time by Zocdoc. We were immediately able to do an audio screening, and she explained the process throughout. In the end, she was able to deliver helpful feedback on the results and I was done within ~20 minutes. Minimal wait time. Very professional. Best part is she has the equipment for testing. Some ENT doc will waste your time and then send you to somewhere else to get tested. Don't waste your time. If you want a hearing test, just come here.

Dr. Levi is very friendly and personable as well as very professional. She clearly explained the problems with my hearing aids (which she had prescribed at my first visit) and made all the arrangements needed to repair them. I had Dr. Levy take earmolds and order custom fitted musicians earplugs for me. She is very pleasant and service was quick, virtually no waiting and I appreciate both. While I am happy with the plugs, there are options available on the ones that I got that she did not inform me of (e.g. attenuation level, color of filters). It worked out well enough but I would have liked to know the full spectrum of choices.
