Right from the beginning when I showed up, they knew everything that I was needing and or needed to correct. They were effortless in-doing there job. I worried about going to hospital. But the nurse and the doctor was so nice and explain everything before I even had to ask . They even explained it twice after I forgot.they made me feel so comfortable, i already know i will not be dreading my next appointment
Dr. McGinnis is very patient with me answers any questions I have and he takes time doesn't trying to rush me out there to get to another patient I wish it was more like him
