I take a collaborative family centered approach to care including working closely with parents and schools. Prior to my decade's experience as a mental health specialist, I have worked in the field of primary care. Physical and mental health maintenance is a lifelong journey and there is ample evidence on mind, gut and body co-relation. As such, I emphasize and encourage my patients to have a multiprong approach towards mental health. From my experience, patients with open mind, solution focused and growth mindset typically have a better prognosis and are my ideal clients
