About Ndidi Okanu
Meet Ndidi, a Nurse Practitioner originally from Chicago who moved to Washington, DC, in 2022 with her husband and two sons. She joined USW to lead our new urology urgent care initiative. Ndidi earned her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, and she is Board Certified.
Specializing in Urology, Ndidi is skilled in Sacral Neuromodulation for Urge Urinary Incontinence, Botox injections for overactive bladder and Urge Incontinence, and the evaluation and treatment of both male and female lower urinary tract disorders as well as all general urologic conditions. Bringing valuable expertise to our practice's commitment, Ndidi’s work has allowed Urologic Surgeons of Washington to offer the community high-level same-day and urgent care appointments. Ndidi sees patients aged 13 and above.

Great experience. Not rushed at all and they took the time to listen to all my concerns and address each one individually. It was obvious she was really listening to me and developing a plan of care to address the symptoms through a well thought out diagnosis.

I would tell a friend that the office staff was very friendly. The provider listened to all of my concerns, and she made you feel very comfortable. She provided next steps and her recommendations.
I also like that I was able to get an appointment and the follow up appointment was equally as close.
What I loved the most is that they were able to work with my schedule.
