He was great and so nice and professional! Immediately helped me figure out that my current prescriptions were off and found the right new one. The people there were so friendly and BOTH pairs of my glasses (new ones & older ones with new lenses) were ready within the hour. Quick, easy and friendly!
First dr visit that I didn't have to wait forever. I had questions about LASIK and contacts and he helped out. He was very knowledgeable and gave his honest opinion
Dr Raush & his staff were the best! I came in 5 min late trying to find the place (it's across from Ulysses by the way) and they were apologizing to ME for running late (which was only a 15min wait, during a busy lunch hour). Most doctors & secretaries don't apologize for even longer waits, so it showed not only their kind nature but also the high standards they set for themselves. During my extremely short wait, a helpful gentleman told me about their eye glasses repair services & the option to apply my Rx to an old pair of glasses (sweet!). So I came for an annual visit & Rx renewal, but Dr Raush went above and beyond by addressing a scratched eye from a couple days ago. He even gave me a helpful tip on the best way to administer eye drops! Extremely pleasant experience and highly recommend.
Dr. Rausch was very helpful and kind. He took the time to make sure he understood what was going on and to make sure that I understood as well! Would highly recommend him to anyone.
An absolute travesty -- don't waste your time here. The doctor was staggeringly unprofessional: he did not close the door before beginning the appointment, did not wash his hands or put on gloves before trying to touch my eye with his bare hands, and was both rude and dismissive. Badly maintained office with intrusive front desk staff. This has been the only poor experience I've had on ZocDoc.
The doctor was very friendly. However, I disliked the vibe of the people that ran the office. The woman who ordered my contacts forgot to put it through my insurance. Then said I can just order glasses with my insurance (which I didn't want to do). I was also charged through my insurance and from my own pocket for a few things. So I was charged twice. I brought it up, and was told that is how it's supposed to be. I called my insurance and they said no. Beyond that, I tried ordering contacts online but needed the office to submit my perscription. They never did it; so I had to physically go in. I was told they can get the contacts to me faster than ordering online. Fine. Then when I went to pick them up, they were backordered and I would have to wait? Will never go back here. I felt very taken advantage of.
Nicest man, best bedside manner I've ever seen in any sort of doctor. So helpful and truly caring!
Dr. Raush is professional, highly efficient, and is very easy to speak with. He's quick to understand any eye issues and even better at helping you work through them (as well as offering great advice on eye care). A++ Also deserving a special mention is Donna, who runs the front of the store. She's super-professional, nice, and goes out of her way to help and accommodate customers. A++
Dr. Raush is one of the nicest doctors I've ever seen. He was very kind and articulate, answered all my questions, and hooked me up with great samples. HIGHLY recommended.
Dr. Rough was wonderful! He was extremely professional and very friendly! His staff was wonderful as well!!
Great, friendly, fast service and matched my online store's price on contacts.
I met Dr. Raush when I was a customer at another optician. I followed him to this practice, as I think he's a very good eye doctor.
Friendly and professional. I was taken in right away.
I went to see Dr. Rausch for new eyeglasses and get a new eye exam. I waited less about 10 minutes after I walked in for my appointment. The exam itself was standard and only took about 15 minutes. Dr. Raush was efficient, courteous and explained clearly what I needed to do, how to place my head, what to read, etc. I would highly recommend Dr. Rausch. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful. All the insurance stuff was taken care of before I walked in, so they already knew all of my benefits before I started picking out frames, which helped keep everything efficient. Between the quick exam, selecting my frames and paying, the whole process took about an hour. Highly recommend this doctor.
Highly recommended...calm, cool, collected and really knows his stuff. My contacts seemed off from a dr I saw 6 months ago and he got me into comfortable Dailys which I requested where I can see way clearer. Don't usually leave reviews but had a great experience.
I was very impressed with Dr Raush! Very Personable and sincere and the eye exam was thorough but efficient -I was out within only 30 min :). The woman working in the office who checked me in was equally nice and helpful. Very happy to have found this place! Highly recommend!
Dr Raush is very pleasant and kind. It was my first visit to an eye doctor in years and I went for a check-up to get my DMV form filled out. They were able to take care of all my needs on the spot. It was a great visit.
Nice, easy send efficient. No pressure to buy contacts from them as I have experienced at other optometrists.
