“I was able to express all* of my concerns, even the tiny ones at my consultation and was validated and heard through each one with an explanation. When I returned the next week for my first appointment I was a little unsure of what to expect as I'd never had an adjustment before. I was taken back to do x-rays, again reminded and shown my insurance was covering everything for the day and shown what it would cover in the future even outside of adjustments. Before the adjustment, Dr. Patel went over my X-rays with me in detail and with lots of education on where the problem areas were, why they may be there and a clear plan on correcting them. She has a great personality on top of her knowledge and skill. My adjustment definitely alleviated some discomfort immediately and took only several minutes to complete. Can't wait to work on this plan with her and get my spine curvy swervy again. ”
