About Dr. Neil Rapoport
Dr. Rapoport received his podiatric degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1975. He completed his residency at Moss Rehabilitation Hospital in 1977. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rapoport is board certified in foot and ankle surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is also a proud member of the America Podiatric Medical Association. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and has his board certification from The American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians.

Dr. Rapoport was very efficient and friendly. He seemed to be really experienced and to know what he was talking about. He proposed good solutions, and sent me home with the first option to try. The staff were also very nice. They scheduled my next appointment after. There is also easy parking outside the office, which is essential.

Dr and staff were friendly, caring and efficient. Dr Rappaport is a good listener and ask the right questions. This will be my new podiatric practice.

I would never recommend utilizing this practice. I showed up 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment to find the office completely locked and shut down. No call or notification from the practice. I repeatedly called the office to get no answer. When pushing through to the billing team although helpful very confused on whether they were open or not she transferred me to an alternative number that I still got no answer left several voicemails but none were followed up with. There are common basic customer service processes this practice seems to lack and hope this is resourceful so that someone else doesn’t waste their time.

Signing in was at ease, I was seen on time, I was explained exactly what was going on with both my big toes, a procedure was explained and completed, excellent bedside manners, and explained what to do until my next appointment. Their overall service was excellent and I highly recommend Dr. Rapoport.

This was my first appointment and I would not go back mainly because of the front desk agent was very rude and she was not aware of my appointment and when I told her how I booked, she said, did you confirm with the office of your appointment? I showed her my confirmed appointment through Zocdoc and she didn’t believe that I made the appointment so me doing the pre-check in through Zocdoc and submitting my insurance did nothing because I had to start the process all over again. She did soften up after I gave her my debit card to process the transaction. When I got to the actual doctor, he wasn’t listening to what I wanted to get done. This would be my seventh surgery on both feet and he only wanted me to get an x-ray for 1 foot instead of both feet which I have problems with. I will not be coming back. This was the most unpleasant experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office.

I called the office on Thursday prior week before. They receptionist initial M. was short and rude. She answer the phone and ask me do I have my insurance card I I said I needed to get out it. She told me she could not wait for me to get it and to call them back because she was on the other line with a patient. She could have put me on hold. I call back and once again she was rude. On my appt. she said I did not have an appt. that day. She once again was rude and belligerent. I told her I book it on ZOCDOC. She was upset because another patient who I was talking to outside before we came, I was already talking to him and he had an outstanding bill from over 6 years ago. I ask her if she wanted to see the ZOCDOC reminder appt. on my phone and she was once again rude and said no. She said to me if I wasn't worrying about the elder patient I would know what she was saying. She told that I can only see the doctor if she let me after she stated I was being rude. Not- Never go to this spot.
