Neila Ray, FNP-C, has over seven years of nursing experience. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing, both from Lincoln Memorial University.
“I genuinely enjoy taking care of people. After spending time in a corporate setting, I felt unfulfilled and knew I needed a change. Nursing is a field driven by passion and care, and changing my career path was the best decision I ever made.

Didn’t appreciate clinical staff all wearing surgical masks, particularly when visiting one on one. If they were sick and it was pre cautionary on their part then I understand. However, if that is the case they should stay home and return to work when healthy.

The provider seemed very annoyed that had chosen not to receive a Covid test at a prior appointment earlier in the week. It was my choice and I don’t feel it is her right to judge me in anyway. I will say that what she prescribed me to improve the reason for my visit has helped and I am grateful.

I actually had a really good experience with Neila. She was very attentive and listened well. I also made note that she did something I've never experienced which was check to see if I was ok during the check up, stating "if it's uncomfortable let me know and I can stop and readjust" no doctor I've ever visited has had the decency to say something like that and it meant the world. I'm really appreciative and feel like this doctors office actually cares about the patients and wants to spend time to figure out the issues instead of trying to get through as many appointments as possible in a day. Thank you guys!

It was great experience meeting Nelia Ray. She was truly concerned with getting what i needed and listened to what i was trying to get accomplished. After she completed my side of the appointment she took it a step further and dove into what she could do to protect me in from future injury. It really did feel like she was on my side and had my back.

Neila was friendly, attentive, and helpful. She addressed every concern I brought up, listened when I asked for alternatives to medication, and offered a lot of solid advice for me to get healthier. Now it's just on me to stick to that plan.
I never felt rushed during my annual physical, and from the moment I walked into the office everyone I dealt with, from the welcoming folks at the front desk, to Orlando the assistant, to the last desk worker who talked pro wrestling with me on the way out, were all friendly and patient. I'm looking forward to continuing my progress with these folks, who all seem to genuinely care about my health.

The provider was unkind regarding my need to refill a medication I hadn’t taken in a year. I used to go to this office and see another np but she left this practice about a year ago. A mixture of reasons had me not come back until recently and I was treated like a drug seeker for requesting to fill all the medications I had been taking before I stopped coming. I don’t mind jumping through hoops but why give people a hard time when they legitimately have a reason to take the medication they are asking for, a person with my conditions is less likely to trust new people or want to explain themselves time and time again.

The provider was in and out of the room very quickly. I was not given the opportunity to ask her any questions or mention any concerns. I felt very dismissed and like I was just meant to get out of the office as quickly as possible.
