I really liked the last nurse practitioner for my on Sunday December 28th at 4:30. Although I had an appointment then and today at 5:30 pm both times I did not see someone until 30-45 minutes later than my actual appointment time even though I arrived before my appointment time. Also today’s nurse practitioner was not as friendly, probably she was tired. But she had no real explanation for why I wasn’t better. I finish my antibiotics in 2 days but I feel worse now going into my 3rd week of being sick. To be fair she had her med tech give me a steroid shot plus prescriptions for prednisone, cough medicine and an inhaler. I guess the sinus infection is gone all she said today that I have fluid in both my ears plus. I asked should I come back if I don’t get well this week. She wasn’t very encouraging for me to do that but eventually she said wait until some days. Anyway she may have had a long day and was tired, she seemed not as friendly. But the last nurse practitioner was so attentive

I was so impressed with the overall quality and process of getting my appointment booked online and meeting the staff that was on duty at the time of my appointment. Kindness and compassion were exceptional!! All were friendly and I did not feel rushed.

Good experience. The only thing that was weird was that when we arrived at 11:30 am, there was a horrible reflection from the cars out front and it was hot (in November, cannot imagine the summer!) in the waiting room. My husband started to lower the shades just a little to block the blinding reflection. The front office staff quickly told us that they could not be lowered at the upper admin demands. That they would get in trouble and terminated if they were lowered. That is ridiculous that the patients cannot be made comfortable in the waiting room. All other experiences were wonderful. Nice and helpful staff, nurses, and PAs.

I have told friends about Next Level and several have started going there. They are close by, easy to get an appointment, everyone is helpful and friendly. It's easier to get a fast appointment there than it is at my Primary doctor's office. I will definitely go back if needed in the future.
