All of the office staff was great, Our provider was Elizabeth, Josh, Romm and a receptionist that was awesome, DId not get her name. We were seen on 12/22. Elizabeth even wrote a note for our sons employment at HEB due to his situation, Highly recommend,

I came in to have my knee seen after falling badly off a scooter and Googled urgent care clinics. This clinic had solid reviews and for a good reason - the staff were really friendly, professional and I was seen straight away to my appointment time. X rays were taken on site for immediate diagnosis and an anti inflammatory shot + brace has already helped a lot today for the injury. 100% happy I chose to come to this clinic

Very friendly staff across the board (office, nurse, and NP). Made an appointment online and did the paperwork before I showed up. Was seen right at my scheduled time. Great experience. Will keep them in mine should my family need an urgent care into the future.

Everyone was very kind and knew exactly what they were doing. I got an IV and it was put in perfectly! No bruising or discomfort after leaving the clinic. Very lovely staff as well.

People in the office were nice.
However I had a very frustrating experience. The doctor said that she sent in a prescription to a pharmacy and when I called the pharmacy, they said they didn’t have it. I then called the doctor’s office and told me they would handle it and call me back. They never called me back. As of today, my issue has still not been resolved!

Everyone on staff was super friendly and welcoming. They were very considerate of my situation paying out of pocket. However, and this has nothing to do with the staff or my experience inside the building, but I am still for some reason being charged the out-of-pocket in the app/email even though I paid directly upfront at the desk in person.
