Dr. Delaney earned his medical degree (MD) at SUNY Upstate Medical University, then finished his orthopedic surgery residency at Albany Medical Center. Following residency, he completed a sports medicine fellowship at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital, where he spent time as a surgeon for the Baltimore Ravens NFL team, Washington Nationals MLB team, Washington Capitals NHL team, and Washington Wizards NBA team.

The doctor was very nice and had great manners .. we discus my medical history and the x ray on my right shoulder .. Doctor Delaney gave me a injection into my shoulder and explain to me what do at home and he discuss in great detail the exercises to do .. I have a follow up next month .. his working hours fits into my schedule. The front desk girls were very helpful and the room was nice /clean.. I would recommend Dr. Delaney to everyone..

I have a bitter experience with this DR Office, cause my original appointment was last week monday only to get there and found out the office was closed. I later rescheduled for today 8/11/25 with them last week, only to get there again this time at the appointed time and the office was closed again. When i spoke to the staff who picked my call to find out what happened, she later inform me that she couldn't find my name in there system for today appointment.

Dr Delaney was very informative, gave me options, and very helpful. I appreciated the information he gave me. The front end girls were nice and friendly. In the future I would Like the front end to acknowledge us when we come in. They might need more staff. The front end manager was very helpful and she was able to solve any situation.
