“The doctor was great. The nurse technician was pleasant but did an ekg and told me to get dressed. She left the room but didn’t say to wait there for the doctor. I wasn’t sure what was happening. I began to think maybe the doctor was going to contact me after the appointment having reviewed the ekg. Then the doctor did come in and the rest of the appointment was great. ”

Nicholas DuBois is a precise and dedicated cardiologist serving his patients in New York City. Dr. DuBois is a staff member at the Lenox Hill Hospital, and he is affiliated with Mount Sinai as an associate professor. His teaching skills and dedication to education is evidenced by his Davidoff Society Teaching Prize that he was awarded by the Montefiore Hospital, where he completed his residency. Dr. DuBois is currently conducting LVAD research with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine to treat cardiovascular disease, practice internal medicine and nuclear cardiology.
Dr. DuBois earned his medical education from the Cornell University Medical College, after he earned his Master’s degree in biology from Harvard University, where he was named a Harvard Scholar. He then completed his residency in internal medicine at the Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. DuBois completed his cardiology fellowship with the Cleveland Clinic Foundation.
Dr. DuBois enjoys sailing in his free time and playing hockey on the weekends.

Front desk staff, George the echo tech, the EKG nurse, and Dr. DuBois were all wonderful. Doc made me feel very comfortable, listened, asked me questions and answered mine. I didn’t feel rushed at all. A great visit with a great doctor.
