I loved this provider and nurses, they truly helped me. I am hesitant to go back as they use a third party customer service. I called twice and was hung up on. Another two times and they said they didn’t understand me. One time said they had to look into it and hung up. Another time said they would call me back. Finally around 6pm i spoke to a real person and she got my referral completed right away, took only a few minutes. If this happens again I will not go back to this place. I can’t be spending all hours of the day trying to talk to find someone to speak to on the phone
that understands United States insurance.
