About Dr. Nicole Gagliano
Nicole Gagliano, MD, joined Orlando Health Physician
Associates in 2005. Board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, Dr. Gagliano specializes in providing comprehensive care — from the assessment of childhood development to the treatment of common and complex illnesses — for newborns, children, and adolescents.
Dr. Gagliano earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans. She then completed an internship at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston, followed by a residency at Orlando Health.
Dr. Gagliano provides newborn care, well-child and sick visits, asthma and obesity management, circumcision, sports physicals, management of behavioral issues and ADHD, as well as teen/adolescent care. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Gagliano and all staff are always wonderful!! They squeezed us in on a full schedule on a Friday so my daughter wouldn't have to go to an urgent care. They are so caring and compassionate. Excellent Care

Dr. Gagliano is always willing to listen to our questions and concerns. Her office seems busy with a steady flow of patients but we never feel rushed through our appointments. Dr G is extremely knowledgeable and has a gift for educating patients/parents in layman's terms.

Dr. Gagliano is fantastic! So knowledgeable and so very understanding. She knows and remembers our history and our particular needs. She always provides and explains options and alternatives. Her staff is great too. We have never had a better pediatrician and we highly recommend her!

Dr. G is amazing. We followed her from the University office when she moved to the Longwood office years ago - she is that amazing! Her staff is always friendly and helpful. I had concerns that she was able to address with each child individually in their wellness check. She did not rush through the appointments.

Dr. Gagliano is a fantastic dr. She answers everything I ask her. She is great with my kids. She's been seeing since he was a baby and now he is almost 10 year old.

Dr Gagliano is hands down the most empathetic and caring doctor I have met. She spends time speaking with you and going out of her way to provide resources if you need. I wish she saw adults as well. All my three children have been with her since infancy. They appreciate what she does for them minus vaccine injections. The office as a whole is great. They have a good system. The communication within the office is good. I dont have to worry about missing something or not getting information that I need. Everyone is on the same page over there.
