Virtual clinic does prescribe treatment for ADHD as appropriate (eg Strattera, Intuniv, Wellbutrin, Qelbree, Kapvay, etc). However, we do NOT prescribe any controlled substances virtually.
Initial consult indicates access to one time care must meet eligibility criteria to join practice.
Full payment required in advanced of all appointments. Payment is for evaluation, it does not guarantee diagnosis, prescription or documentation. All fees are non-refundable. Link sent to email or text for payment. Prices subject to change.
Patients that have active suicidality or psychotic features are not suitable for our service and will not meet eligibility criteria for exclusively virtual care.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Our practice provides stress free, white-glove service virtual psychiatric care. Our physicians have been reviewed on numerous platforms and publications and are consistently rated extraordinarily high by patients. Dr. Leibman is world renowned for her research on mood disorders and personalized medicine.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
After booking on ZocDoc the patient will receive a welcome text and an invoice with link for payment will be sent to email on file. Once payment is received an automated text will confirm receipt and appointment date and time. If additional information is needed prior to appointment our office may reach out via phone or secure messaging/text. Once confirmed simply log in to ZocDoc for your session. If you get disconnected or device fails please do not worry we will accommodate you and you will get your full time. First try to reconnect to the same link and if that does not work call our office.
Out-of-pocket fees and assistance
Initial session: $399 for 45 minutes
Ongoing session: $149-249 for 45 minutes

Full payment required at time of booking. Payment required at booking to secure physician time. We deny other patients the time slot to hold it for you. We hope you love our doctors and try to exceed your expectations, however, no refunds are issued for any reason.

I have struggled with depression and anxiety most of my life and I have seen many supposedly good psychiatrists throughout my life. She is better. There is no close second. If you need help Dr Leibman is the answer.

I had heard Dr. Nicole Leibman’s name from multiple people before finally booking, including professionals who spoke about her with an almost unbelievable level of respect, so my expectations were already extremely high. Somehow, she still exceeded them. This did not feel like assembly-line medicine or a scripted telehealth appointment whatsoever. The level of insight, pattern recognition, and individualized attention was honestly remarkable. For the first time in my life, I felt like I was sitting across from a truly independent, free-thinking physician who was operating on an entirely different level intellectually than most of what exists in modern medicine.

Dr Leibman saved my life. I’ve never met another psychiatrist like her. She is so nice and caring. More than that she just gets it. With psychiatrists in the past I never felt safe, I felt judged, or I felt like I had to spend so much time talking and explaining because they didn’t understand me. Dr Leibman understands. she has commented on what I did not say and was thinking. And more than all of those things she treats her patients a way that you will NEVER get with insurance based care. She keeps her word, answers the calls, accommodates whatever you need. I’m new to concierge psychiatry and I will never go back. another thing she’s VERY thorough, she will tell you the truth, she will consider all options before giving you a stigmatizing diagnosis. Her medical group also doesn’t share its records with other hospitals in case want that extra layer of privacy like I do. She’s amazing. Once in a lifetime doctor. All you have to do is show up and she’s got you! Total pro!

I see Dr Leibman virtually and it’s going very well. She is always on time. I have never waited at all. She is very polished and professional although after a while of seeing her you may get her to crack a joke or two. I like her a lot and encourage anyone who is struggling to make an appointment with Dr Leibman.

Five stars. If you want someone who is direct and actually helps you move forward, not just talk in circles, I’d recommend Dr. Liebman. I had a previous provider who required multiple visits before even considering an accommodations letter, which wasn’t realistic given time-sensitive school and work demands. Dr. Liebman understood the situation right away and handled the request efficiently and professionally. She also started medication and clearly explained the risks and options in detail, which felt much more thorough than past experiences. You can be very direct with her and she doesn’t get offended — she actually wants honest input so she can help you find what works.

I have had several visits with Dr Leibman. Each time she arrives early and stays late because I like to talk and she is a good listener. My former psychiatrist actually recommended her because she is one of two psychiatrists in the USA that are experts in clinical pharmacology and I was having side effects without any benefit from the medications my other psychiatrist put me on. I am so glad I switched to see her. With a mix of medication and therapy she was able help me feel like myself again. I’m just so grateful to her. The other thing I will say that differentiates her from other MDs is that she makes herself available. She replies to phone calls, texts and any minor request quickly. I needed some paperwork filled out for my job and my PCP refused to do it. After talking with Dr Leibman’s office manager about it. Dr Leibman submitted it the same day. She comes across as someone who really cares about doing things the right way and youll get her full attention
