Such a wonderful experience with Dr. Palomar and staff. The check-in process was easy and on-time. Dr. Palomar listened to my concerns and made the exam a breeze. As a person who struggles with anxiety, especially regarding doctors, this experience made me feel comfortable and like I am able to continue taking charge of my health.

I selected this dr based on her reviews but was disappointed. I just moved from out of state where I had such a great dr who I felt like actually cared about me. I was hoping to find that here and did not. The staff was very friendly and the wait was short. But the time with the doctor felt very rushed. I was hoping as a new patient she would ask a little bit about me but she barely asked any questions about me or my lifestyle. I honestly didn't feel comfortable to ask some questions I really wanted to. I'll be looking for another doctor based on my experience.

and staff on phone calls that needed improvement.
This most recent appointment was so much better with my interaction with the office personnel.

Very impressed! The receptionist is very nice. She was able to accommodate me when I called to come in earlier. The entire appointment from the moment I walked in was professional. Dr. Palomar and the entire staff made me feel comfortable at my first visit. Dr. Palomar is very kind, attentive, social, and understanding. You can speak openly to her without feeling embarrassed or judged. Any concerns I had were addressed kindly and informatively. I highly recommend Dr. Palomar.
